I am just wondering is it worth not staking wiz tonight? If the vampire team picks who the slayer is to bite there is 50/50 that slayer won't get chance to use their last stake. If we are wrong about who the turn was last night then we will lose two innocents tonight and make it a 2:6 ballgame.

IMO, Wiz needs to be staked. I actually think we as a town should stake him, so no chances are taken.

I honestly think the town should stake Wiz tonight and try and come to a consensus about who the slayer should try and stake. That way definitely no matter get at least 1 vampire taken out. I don't at all like the possibility that if we depend on the slayer to take out Wiz and they decide to bite the slayer there is 50/50 chance that the slayer gets taken out before getting to take out Wiz. The way the coin has been flipping this whole game if it comes to that I think the town is gonna get screwed again.

ok,. just got home and tried to catch up real quick - First, not wanting to sound like I am a big chicken, but why not have the priest protect me or Dag tonight? That way the vamps will not know which one was protected and it will save at least one confirmed townie. I think the slayer should use their stake on Wiz tonight; leaving it to instinct/gut has not been that effective- that is how we lost Rich and got Jpap by the grace of God....
As far as the town staking choice? I would venture to guess either LG or FF; need to review a little more before I make up my mind. I have really had a hard time reading anyone this game!

Good Lord, yes the priest better be protecting one of ya, sorry Noods but IMO Dag is the one to be protected.
Well, thanks Noods...again I have to say I would be a bad choice. I really have no idea who I think should be staked by the slayer. FF, 2Hob would have to be my guess but I just don't know. I have been wrong about everything so far this round and am not confident at all in my thoughts.

Out of the remaining players we have to consider that there are three pure spirits left. The seer, slayer and priest. The vampires I think will want to avoid them at all cost as they really need people they can convert. The only roles we know for sure are:

Wiz - Vampire (hopefully Dracula otherwise there are three vampires right now)
Dag - Seer - Pure spirit can't be converted only killed.
Noods - Innocent - Possible target for conversion just the sole reason of why would i invest two nights in a row.

So between the remaining players there is at least 1 vampire (possibly but unlikely two), the priest, the slayer and 2 (hopefully not 1) townies. I think that it would be "safe" for the priest not to protect me tonight because even though I can investigate I don't think that the vampires just want to kill someone when their numbers would be down to 1 if the town takes out wiz. If the priest leaves me off the list that means that there is a 1 in 6 chance they will protect the right person tonight. It also means that there is a 2 in 6 chance that the vampires will hit another pure soul either the priest or the slayer.

That being said I think the slayer should stake FF. He would be the nearly perfect cover for the vampire team:
1. He has stated numerous times that he wouldn't be around much due to limited computer access.
2. The evils have been going against him, while some may think that this would cause town to be less suspicious of him I can see the vampires using reverse psychology in that regard.
3. Throughout this game his play as been erratic so it would be extremely hard to detect a change in game style for him going from innocent to vamp.
4. Even if FF is innocent, which I really hope he isn't anymore, his limited computer time does not really help the town out that much.

GAH DAG!!!! The priest REALLY needs to protect you, yes they need numbers but taking you out, come on that would be a HUGE thing for them, we would get no more invests if you weren't around!!! NO, NO, NO...you need to be protected!!!!

The wizard hears the town talking, they are not hearing the logic behind his words. Even Chill whom he has shared whiskey with won't be around to drink at his wake.

I'm saying that the priest cannot protect Dag from a stake. Worst case scenario-wise, if the slayer were to still have doubts about Dag and give into that; he would have no protection at all.

THAT would be VERY stupid on the slayers part...DO NOT DO THIS, even if you are unsure of Dag, just don't do it!!

While I agree a FF turn would be pure genius. The risk/reward is to great. Now couple that with the fact I would almost rather lose without him than win with him, and I say I'm not at a place I fell comfortable with that scenario.

I have been kind of holding off on this, but now maybe the time. Anyone else got a bad feeling about Chill's participation today? I only caught one post, which was something along the lines of Wiz's babble.

Dag, I really do not know who to say...I just can't decide. I am growing more uncomfortable with JB and Chill. Yes I know everyone seems to be trusting JB at this point, but is he "too" helpful? I think a stake (by the town) on Wiz, and Invest JB or Chill then go from there would be my idea.

I see many want the slayer to take me, as I said if you really think it is a good idea, I can't stop you...take me if that is what you really think will benefit the town, but I can and do promise you it will not. I put myself in your hands slayer..the decision is yours.
