I wanted to give you a list. I'll say right now JB JS and Kash stand out the most. The way accusations fell on certain posts but mostly the comments about Dags post having no content to them.
I have some errands to do and today is NBA2K day with my friend so hopefully there is more posting I can look at tonight and give a more defined list with pulled posts included.

I posted what I saw. Wiz has access to the context and a keen eye for analysis, so I left that part to him.

Ummm... try reading that again, Pappy. I didn't say I would shoot you if Ice were out of the picture... I said that I would have chosen you before I skimmed today's posts. Two different things there entirely IMO. Actually, I stated pretty clearly that based on said skimming I was leaning you innocent.

That being said, I'm starting to get that anxious feeling in my gut about you. Now that I've had a better read, I'm missing the "in your face" Pappy that I'vel come to expect... at least when you're innocent. You seem pretty passive so far.

Other thoughts I've had...

FF... he's posting like FF. I don't have a good read yet.

Ice... I want so badly to think he's scummy, but the fact that so many people are jumping all over him is making me re-think that.

Tay... played an excellent game as scum in the WW game. The whole thing of "I'll post when I have something to say" makes sense, but also seems to be giving the town the finger when it's pointed out that we need to be talking to find scum.

Jspigs... something seems off there. There's a post or two that tripped my radar that I need to go back and pull. I realize this is his first game, so that needs to be taken into account.

Kash... her play doesn't seem to change much whether she's innocent or scum, but hasn't tripped any switches for me... yet.

LG... always hard for me to read. I think if FF is scum, then LG is to based on her post stating "the reactions to FF's scumminess are more alarming than FF's scumminess" post (that's not an exact quote, but I can go back and find the post if needed).

Rich... no real read yet... he's always hard for me to figure out.

Chill... seems to be on his usual kung fu (lol... this may be the first time I haven't suspected Chill d1)

Dag... I have to look into his posts more closely, but haven't seen too much that sets off sirens.

Haydn... no real read yet

Wiz... great guy... hopefully an excellent shot :grinyes:

Those are my thoughts on everyone at the moment. Obviously, it's early so take it for what it's worth, but that's where I'm at. I should be on and off most of the rest of the day...

Since I started this game early, I will give the players who have yet to post the deadline of posting at least 1 post by 8 pm EST Sunday (same time that gunslinger has to take their shot.)
 
I'm not sure if I could come up with a definite answer to your question Wiz. It's so early in the game it's really hard to get a true read on someone. But if I had to narrow it down to two suspects it would be Ice and FF. Ice has been all over the board with "hypothetical" picks vs actually answering the question of why you were picked. FF on the other hand has just had some really random comments that could very well be scummy slips or it could just as easily be FF, FFing it up. I would flip a coin between the two of them at this point. Hopefully I can narrow it down a bit more before you need to take a shot.
 
Like I said, some of the stuff Jspigs has posted has been bothering me, so I went back to look a little closer.

I'm not comfortable with "floating" the idea of Rich being mafia so soon, especially with the qualification at the end. Seems like trying to bait others to jump on it.

The list thing was believable the first time he brought it up. It's too early for it to be helpful IMO, but now with JS bringing it up again, it seems to me like he's more trying to take the temperature of the town than "give us something useful".

Here's where the post above becomes important... JS, what's the difference between FF "slipping up" and covering it up by saying "I"m FF" and saying "I could be wrong, I"m a newb?" Pot, meet kettle.

This is the second time you've posted this same thing... do you have anything more to add?

In summary, JS seems to be playing a pretty sophisticated game for a newb without any coaching. I'm not buying it... Jspigs just hit number one on my list with a bullet... so to speak. :laugh:
