Since it seems to be continually brought up, I was trying to get the game rolling with asking about how many scum could be out there. I have no problem discussing football (one of my favorite topics), but since my time now limited I thought I'd throw that out there to see what people thought. Wiz then mentioned the 50/50 split from the sign-up thread. I don't tend to read the rules in a sign up thread, and that statement was lacking in the actual game thread rules (which I do read). That is why I came back after I went to check in the sign up thread and said he was correct, Ice had posted that it would be 50/50.

I actually just went back to look at the original game. In the rules for that game, it states it is a 50/50 split (lacking in the actual rules for this game), yet it seems out of 20 players that only 8 were scum (if the statement I've quoted below from Chill is correct). I did not go back through the whole thread to see each role and there was no game summary role reveal post at the end of game 9. So either Ice is really bad at math (8 scum and 12 townies is not a 50/50 split, even though the rules explicitly indicate that) OR the townie PRs are not counted into the townie ratio (12 townies-4 PR townies=8 townies [non PR] which would = the 8 scum, a 50/50 split as indicated in the rules of that game).

So which is it Ice, are you really bad at math or do the townie PRs not factor into the count for a 50/50 split?

And Wiz, this is purely a numbers speculation, not a PR speculation. :silly:

So it looks like you went back to look up how many scum there were...how did you miss that 8 scum out of 20 total players was not 50% as indicated in the rules for that game?

g/o That sucks Noods, but melanoma is one of those cancers that if caught early enough can be cured by surgical resection. If they can resect with negative margins then she's probably in pretty good shape. g/o

That she is....if you think football, and bubblegum is pro town when it appears others have moved forward. A comment or two would have been plenty, but that page had to have taken some time. I thought it was worth pointing out.

I also believe it was worth noting Pap's little (as I saw it) slip.

NPR in last game RC'd without knowing it, instead of saying something to him about how its not wise to do that i kept quiet and defended him by pulling an FF

I have class from 9am-7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, that was the first chance I had to post all day.

Didn't realize last game I didn't count PRs. PR roles were included as townies in this game.
