I don't see how someones spelling is a scum-tell or not. I'm sure my spelling is atrocious and you are all embarrassed to be on the same message board with me due to it.

The fact remains that this seems to have exactly nothing to do with anything.

I feel the same way about the Spanish. I would add that as this game progresses I feel that Spanish language posts should from here out be eliminated.

The only thing so far that really stands out to me is xx_nemesis_xx and his/her/its request that we stop posting. Who would gain from silence? Surely not the town. Her/His/Its recent posts appear to be genuine. Perhaps It/He/She just had a headache from the medications?

where did nemesis request we don't post?

Who said anything about it being a scum tell?

Can you quote this post by nemesis please? I probobly skimmed over it, but I don't remember any such post. I'm rereading now, if your lying your getting my vote
(unless something scummier happens)

I don't get the whole spelling thing. Someone misspelled "would/wood" I think it's way too early to even know if it's important or not. It's something to keep in miind, but in no sense is it a tell.

I also don't think the Spanish is necessarily a scum-tell. I never thought there were hidden messages, someone else made that up. I didn't intend for it to become a huge point of contention. However, just to be clear, I do think it a viable strategy for a scum to try to get by a day without any real input. The longer it goes on when things begin to get more serious, to me it will become more interesting. I'll offer a compromise though... if you post in spanish, continue to post an english translation also. If they're all jokes, let us all in on it. It seems only fair.

scoop do you mind explaining why the word wood in place of wuold was so intresting that you felt compelled to point it out?

just figured that it was interesting, and thought I should point it out

your welcome :)

if you want me to go more in depth, IMO it seemed deliberate the way it was spelled. Then again, I could be playing with someone new, who I haven't had the pleasure of playing with yet.

it gives a tell as to how people are playing, when someone is deliberately trying to appear less intelligent (no offense, thats just what is implied by bad spelling) it could be a play to appear as less of a threat. It always could be legit, and even if it's not I would hope that someone wouldn't get voted for trying to post differently then their normal style, especially considering the fact that we have no idea who each other is

yes you stated that fact already. so what if it was delibrate, what relevance is that to the game or to you in particular.
