It actually unsettles me a bit more. And no, I would not have been happier had you not voted unless you are scum. After such a busy D1 all you ended up with was a gut feel vote and it was late and on a singleton. Nothing about your vote rings genuine to me...

Dawg, i wouldnt be so quick to dismiss Ice's power outage story. we've been getting some terrible storms here in the Midwest, and they would likely be getting to Ice in his area last night and today.

popping in while I have a second - I live NW of Ice and we had some wicked storms pass over in the early evening that went his way. my sky went black (clouds) at about 8 pm. we have been getting T storms every evening lately....

One thing, JM the way you keep harping about me for low participation, I was surprised you followed that with a vote somewhere else. That seemed a little odd, considering the number of times you blasted me. But.... as you've been gone for a while maybe you haven't noticed this is what it is for me now. So I understand that part. Back when I was more active, I was working from home and could get on whenever I wanted to. I work in an office now where 3 other people can see my computer screen. You'll have to either accept that or just vote me. I'll leave that up to you.

I actually had a few places I was comfterable placing a vote, but none of them were in the running for the lynch. 9 times out of 10 on day one I'm wrong so I went with a secondary level player. (on my list)
She was originally on FF, who I thought was innocent, and an easy place to hide her vote. Add that to the vote on Razz (who I also had as innocent) and what looked to me as maybe another easy target....thus my vote went there.
So I was wong on Razz, and Noods.

I am interested to hear who else you were thinking about voting. are there any other reasons why you chose noods? voting based on votes on day 1 is kinda weak...day 1 usually consists of the town lynching an innocent (this time, we obviously got lucky with Razz's slip-up) because there just isnt much to go off of.

yes, it is possible, but if that was the case a Razz/Noods team might make more sense...knowing that it would end up being a tie between C-note and Razz, which would lead to no lynch, Noods might have taken advantage of the situation and decided which to vote for. that would clear herself and hopefully C-note, because having two mafia up for lynch on day 1 is "slim to none". just a thought.

Pretty much Noods is a townie imo. No scum would have made that move to vote off their teammate. I really need to go back and look at Ice. The lone votes really stand out too.

These two posts bother me a lot. Wishy washy comments followed by a late vote on a loner based on gut feel...anything more non committal you would like to add 2H?



The tie vote with 25 min. until nightfall is something worth noting.

This switch, which up until I saw Razz flip scum had me concerned, makes me lean DDay more innocent than not. Noods as well, obviously, for sealing Razz's fate.

Pappy, maybe bad choice of wording.... excuses though meaning, defenses..... rebuttal's..... that sort of thing.

or, noods sealed the deal to distance herself and make herself look innocent. this would be a perfect opportunity to clear herself if she was the deciding vote that not only prevented a tie (i.e. no lynching), but by breaking that tie she killed off a mafia member. quite a few were looking at razz, and had the lynch been prevented, and Mad come up innocent because of the hit, i would go as far to say that razz would have likely been subject to similar voting conditions at the next nightfall, with a tie if not in the lead for the lynch. maybe noods and razz figured as such, and used the opportunity to make noods look great.

This is what I was thinking too however, it is not so clear as doing this on day 1 really is questionable. It's not unheard of but I would think this tactic would be save for a later date.... if there is no mob boss, what would be the point to this so soon.... unless it is just shakey nerves. I am still unsure about Noods.

With knowing that Razz is mafia scum, I now see what you're getting at Doom.

More distancing from Ice? Throwing Razz's name out there but pretty much saying he doesn't have scummy feelings from Razz. I don't really see Mad and Doom making something out of nothing. In fact, I'm thinking they were on to something here.

I completely disagree with you JM. Imo, it would be foolish to lose a teammate by intentionally voting them out when a tie was likely to happen. If Razz had stopped slipping up, I doubt the voting conditions would have been the same this next nightfall. Right now Noods is the strongest "leaning townie" on my list for being the kill vote on scum since without her vote Razz would still be trying to spin things right and left.

the problem, Labby is that this has been done before so it's not completely ridiculous.

Without pulling the quotes, there were a few questions regarding my last minute vote switch. I considered the switch because a tie would result in no lynching which is useless in terms of information. I switched to Razz as he had been on my suspect list for the majority of the time. Thankfully it was a great switch and amazingly we got one scum on night one! If that makes me scummy then knock yourself out with building a case on that.
My typos; if correcting them makes me scummy DD, then go for it. Seems like a pretty weak case IMO. I always try to correct my typos, just a pet peeve of mine. Oh and as far me not posting my thoughts on the other player I was considering - it turned out to be not so supsicious after I looked into it further. Why would I call out another player for no apparent reason and put a possible PR in the lime light?

Noods, I was not saying I was working on a case with you nor was I saying what I had found was voteable. I was only saying that it peaked my interest and posted what I had found because you asked me to....

Sure:

Ice was an option. I found myself generally agreeing with Mad's posts. Couple that with the early vote he had on FF and I could have placed a vote there.
Kash's play bothers me some, and also her vote on me. Could have went there, but I hate OMGUS votes, and that's what it would have looked like.
Could have placed a vote on Lab, same reason, weak early vote on FF, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt seeing as she's moving.

Actually I think your thoughts look a lot more like someone trying to cover up from a bad team nightfall than not. Is the whole mafia team on damage control this morning?

I'm not doubting that he may have had a power outage...I'm doubting that it's the reason he's not contributing as much as usual. I wasn't clear about that though.
