Just enough time for one post before I go. Yes, I'm gonna comment on posts again. Some players have less posts than the mod! I would understand if the posts were helpful or somewhat game related if one was truly busy but cough *Dawg's* is almost all *fluff*. So true to my word, I vote to genetically test Dawg.

Subject to change if I actually see you kicking doors or posting helpful game related posts.

DD, do you have any comments or opinions other than about Lab?

2H, saw some thought from you and seems to me scum would know how many townie pr's there are, but then again, would they? Would also like to hear more from you.

And Pir, do you normally play without checking the player list? Also how did you get that I wanted "commotion" from my posts? Seems like you took one part of my post and ran with it and totally missed the point. Scum have been known to twist ppl's posts.

Actually, it was AAF and labby that stuck out. (Note to self at least one cup of coffee before posting.:wall:)

I did however, go back through in order to accurately answer your question. I didn't notice it at first but, Pir was real quick to voice shortening the days to 24 hours would be good.

AAF was next to support that and Plant also liked the idea. It seems too easy too early maybe I am seeing something that isn't there or maybe I am looking too hard.

Of course the exchange about posting between Plant and Pir could be distancing, like I said it seems too easy.

I did find it interesting that AAF when he posted about it only named Pir and not Plant.

I wonder if (in light of Plant's post about scum not mentioning each other this early in the game) it was put to him not to mention her.

Could you let us know AAF? Did you really forget who Pir was posting back and forth with on the subject of posting more?
 
Chill opened his eyes the room is still a little blurry. He twists his ankle on a Scotch bottle as he crosses the room to throw out all the left over fish. “Guess those rumors of Gingers wanting sole were overstated” he thinks as he kicks the bottle out of the way. He catches an amber glint as it rolls. Realizing it's not quite empty he picks it up and drains it down his throat. “Ummm ummm good! Hair of the dog” he thinks.

He strolls out into the bright light to be accused by Kash. He laughs how can someone that good be consistently wrong when it comes to reading him. "Oh **** I thought I had killed the last few brain cells containing my conscience" he thinks. Pulls flask and takes big swallow. It annoys him that she might actually be making him feel like digging. Looking down the street he sees Plant's nursery and decides to see if she has any magic herb - purely for ceremonial reasons of course.

Talk of herb always makes him philosophical and he wonders about the mysteries of life. Is there meaning? Is it all just random? or does Bala have a plan? Plant seemed to think there might be a plan. Why was that Plant?

Plant is there any reason that you think the powers of be might have chosen not so randomly?

Just trying to raise enough money to afford a bigger place to support the treatment for multi-tank syndrome. :)

I do not remember this philosophy ever bearing fruit. In most cases it is the opposite.
 
So, I am in a pickle. It is unlikely that I will be able to return to the game prior to nightfall. I therefore, need to vote.

Although a couple of people have caught my attention, I really don't have any conviction one way or the other about them.

I don't remember Labby being so serious so soon, Pir may have slipped up. I can't figure if AAF slipped up or if he is FF jr. I have never played with Plant before so I don't know if she is just rusty or playing her normal style.

I can't help but feel this nagging in the back of my head about those who early in D1 are wanting to shorten the days w/o seeing how the game progresses first. D1 is way to early to even discuss shortening the length of the days.
 
While I thought that Plant was the first to mention the shortening of day 3. The below post shows where she did say the length of days seemed long but does not read as I thought I remembered it.

I won't know if anything better comes up or not. If I can find a way to get to the thread during the day I will try but can't promise anything in that area.

Woooooot! So glad to be playing again. Can't wait to kick some evil scum butt. Let's kick some doors and shake some trees to flush out the gingers! :clap:

Some how my vote ended up in the middle of the posted I pulled.

Well, I was really hoping this morning that other players would have remembered plantling's play style. I don't remember ever playing a game before with her, so don't really know what to think. While some seem to think she may have intentionally thrown a teammate under the bus I believe she truely thought I was the only one who hadn't posted.
