On the Use of EXCEL
Here's what I do: I create an Excel spreadsheet with every player's name in list.
The next column is 'role' i.e. what roles, if any, I have discovered.
Next column is the ranking system. I generally use 1 being bad-guy and 10 being innocent, every starts as a 5 and intelligent, useful posts generally make someone move up a notch while poor ideas (for the innocents) will move the person down a notch.
The next columns are the votes. I put a big block down for day one votes. I list every vote that a player makes and the post number where it happens (like ZSandmann is showing in the #6 game).
Below all this is a sort of blog/diary/comment section. I list the players and any strange, helpful, poor, etc posts that they make and the post number and any thoughts I have about it.
Be careful not to miss anything. A missed vote change can screw up your whole plan.
