Mafia who done it! The Play

Yeah but why bother befriending me when I'm out the door and a player the mafia would want gone. Wouldn't it be a better bet to befriend an innocent thats not in trouble and play off them?

If you were mafia would you befriend me and keep me in the game and try to get rid of Emo? They had a chance to rid the game of 2 important players. Jpap and me, why would the mafia save me and try to get rid of Emo when Emo could have gotten himself lynched the next day anyway.

Hey Ice, aren't you ignoring that fact that when all the spots for the game weren't filled that Judge forgot to adjust the mafia accordingly (ie, it went from the planned 25% to closer to 50%). Allows the mafia to play alot bolder as they only may only need to stay under cover for 2 days for a scum win. It may explain the reason you charged from the gates so early, throwing any and all logic to the wind...

I'll be having company shortly, and I don't know how long they'll be staying, so I don't know when I'll be back on. Townies, just pay attention to who seems to be running through the thread, and ignoring logic (while creating convenient theories) when necessary.

Nope didn't forget and why I did come out of the gates so quickly. We didn't and still don't have time to sit back and watch, we need to be aggressive and force the mafias hand.

As for the post that you added all your comments into the quote.

I can accept that you didn't notice Andi hadn't voted, seems like a number of us missed it.

I know you mentioned that Charlie seemed scummy but then you dropped it. I would think you'd do more to force his hand and try to make him speak. All I see by mentioning and doing nothing about it is distancing.

RB can't push a PR because there is no PR to push. The fact that he isn't helping at all except to push me tells a lot. Why no cases against his other suspects? Is it so he can't be linked to them or have questions brought to him about them if they did die and show innocent?

I didn't say I didn't have doubts about LC, I actually posted above that it did look suspicious. But I think others look more scummy.

I just can't see why mafia would save me when they could have easily pushed me out the door by jumping on me or a totally different player.

I could be getting played by HN and LC, I just don't see them taking a risk like that when Emo would be so easy to get rid of the following day.

Some have their minds made up (or rather their target set) on me and that is fine. I do have a question for Mad though.

You made what I read as a pretty strong case against Beth and stated as fact that she was mafia. I voted based on that case as stated. Now that vote seems scummy to you? The hit and run vote from Charlie was suspect at best, but I have no control of someone else's vote. It seems to me that you are casting suspicions everywhere. Would you do me a favor and list your current suspects since they seem to change so often? Personally, I think my vote's in a good place right now based on your case and some of her posts stating that she knows that Ice is innocent.

Mad seems fixated on the fact that I didn't initially vote for Andi, and went after Emo instead...

Yes, I meant that first vote for Emo (where I forgot to retract the vote for RB) to count...I didn't know what role Andi or Emo was. I could have gone either, but I figured forcing a vote between two people I suspected were Mafia (Emo and Andi) even though o

So many possibilities....

Personally, I think Mad is innocent, at this point in time.

Lchap has temporarily dropped off my list only because of the inconsistencies of Beth's postings, as Mad noted.

I think Judge wanted the game over with fast, thus the odd ball split of 8/5 to start with. That split is fine if the mafia had to take out all townies...if just to out number them is what it takes for win, that get to be as vocal as they want to be with little retaliation.

Ice normally doesn't come out strong on day one, and wouldn't unless he had these unbelievable odds for an instant win on Day2 along with the rest of the Mafia scum. On top of that, his arguements are not even consistent.

One power role for the townies (which is gone) and the odds make this set up a foregone conclusion.

Stupid think submitted prematurely...think I need to get some meds for that. Anyways, let me finish:

but I figured forcing a vote between two people I suspected were Mafia (Emo and Andi) even though I was wrong on one of them, was the best way to save Ice...and leave the options the most open for other innocents to pick which they found most guilty, and then possibly follow suit. When Beth didn't fix her vote which I was hoping she would, I went to Andi...not realizing she'd UD and at that point, the best chance I had. Then, with Ice switching over to Emo, that left anyone voting for Andi pretty useless...I still didn't realize she was going to UD, but went back to Emo because it was a vote that would count against someone high on my Mafia-o-meter, vs one that wouldn't.

I hope that clears up my mindset with the votes, now you can make up whatever conspiracy you want.

I may switch my vote in a little bit, seeing as the one on Bkw seems to be pointless...right now I'm debating on going onto Charlie to make sure she goes, or to go onto Beth tying things up and seeing who's more valuable to the Mafia...or which of them may be innocent.

Alright, I think that completes my thoughts before the premature post interupted them...

Just wanted to point out that it would be pointless for the town to even try to continue after they are outnumbered, thus why it ends when they are, for this reason:

The only way the innocents have of getting rid of a Mafia is the lynch...and once the Mafia outnumber the innocents, they'll control the lynch, thus the town loses.

I'm suprised you didn't realize this RB. Makes it easier for the Mafia to win, but the earliest they can at this point is Tomorrow Night...and that's only if we fail to get rid of a Mafia tonight and/or tomorrow. After tonight, we'll either have a 4-4 tie or 5-3 for the town. I feel it's critical that we get a Mafia, otherwise it only takes 1 innocent voting wrong tomorrow and they win...and I don't want to be in that position.
