The purpose of this forum is to share experiences, and that includes experiences with all vendors. Obviously people were unhappy and they gave their own opinions based on what happened to them...they are not out to ruin any person or their business's reputation.
David, if you are really that upset or worried about losing potential customers I suggest speaking with the parties involved in private about the issues rather than make a big stink about it in the thread...maybe I'm out of line but it does much more for your business when you are able to to work things out with your customers in the end rather than shrug them off...I dunno...:huh:

Well, I've had a terrible experience with this site. I ordered stuff worth 3000 INR and got a bunch of pulp for plants and some brown plants. The fish were not even included. My advice is to stay away. You can search for more experiences at the Indian Aquarium Hobbyist site. This site is based out of my city and they don't even have store pick up. Too good to be true? It is!
I wish I had searched before, but I was just so excited about it that I went ahead and ordered. I had a pending order for double the amount which I reported to Paypal and got a full refund for, but for the one that I placed, well I'll have to wait for a better vendor to serve this market!

As an Aquarium hobbyist from India, there are very limited choices, I'd suggest that you stick to reputed vendors based out of the USA or UK.

They tell that it takes upto 15days ,will wait and see what happens ,

15 days for fish to arrive in the mail? I can't imagine many survive that long. I've received fish from forum members in the mail with a 2 to 3 day shipping- but I wouldn't expect much can live for 15 days in the mail.

for my place there is no direct train so they are sending it through bus,

Ahhh... OK- that makes more sense.
I don't know about ordering fish in India. I wish I could help. There are several places here in America, but I don't know if any ship to India.
