All they care about is your buying it. Why would they care what you do with it after they have your money? They don't care if you drink it or pour it out as long as they get your cash. If you don't get that I don't know what to say.

Because if they don't advertise it for drinking then they risk people coming up with their own uses... :uhoh:

And when people come up with their own uses, the lawyers win.

I wanted to take a second to clarify a point that I saw come up. The actual forums are not the issue. Instead, it is that we applied for a merchandising trademark in order to sell his tshirts, hats, keychains, etc. Monster Energy is going after that, most specifically. Since these are free forums, those sales are a big part of how the site is funded, as well as a way that the site promotes at different events (through donated shirts, etc).

The logo is a bone of contention, but the transfer of information through the online forums should be safe.

Craigslist. I hadn't thought of that. I think the pet community around here would be very sympathetic to this situation. I'll post there as soon as I have a chance!
