replying as best i can! Just as a fair warning, i will be out of town for NEC friday through sunday...so if i get pm's in that time frame, iw ill get back to them as soon as I get home

the tricolored horns are c. corona :) I didn't get "bumble bees" this time, but they are similar horned species.

I thought maybe that was the case. I'll PM, but in that case we will definitely go for the red spotted dudes :) Thanks! Lisa

Hey Rach, do you think any of the snails can live in a tank with the med-large, semi aggressive cichlids? I know I want some for my community tank, but was thinking about the 125 too. I just don't want to give them a death sentence. This is what is in the tank.

1 A Robertsoni
1 Marble Convict
1 P Polleni
1 Nicaraguense
2 Severum
1 Gold Saum GT
1 Chocolate Pleco

Gosh, i really do'nt know. My concern would be that they are not that big, the zebras and red spots are the largest but some of those fish may be able to "taste" them a little to efficiently for the nerites liking. They don't have the "visible faces" of apple snails, and they tend to keep a low profile. I don't know enough about those types of cichlids to really advise you as I have never kept them.
