Go for it! :evil_lol: You won't regret it; very interesting fish behavior, beautiful specimens and as close to marine as I'll ever get without going full FOWLR. Thanks for the veggie recommendation; I'll pick some up tomorrow. Thanks for the kind words and for having such awesome invert stock!
 
I tried blanched zucchini but they never touched it. The rcs were all over it though.
Do I need to supplement them with calcium, thinking of getting those kens food sticks he made special for you.

the 2 zebra and 2 red spot are doing great just curious on their diet needs. Got them on shrimp pellets and small tetra color bits (they love these)
 
They will eat biofilm algae before anything else. Mine eat ken's pellets, but wont' touch other prepared foods. They attack blanched zucchini for me, lol. Supplemental calcium is never a bad idea, they will graze on actual calcium pellets alone.
 
so anything to watch for as far as being deficient in their diet?
 
I would keep an eye out for erosion. It seems like they either thrive and eat easily or tehy do the opposite. I drop calcium pellets in my tank becausee its bare bottom, then I feed veg/pellets every other day and they are all doing really well.
