Or gf's who complain that you spend too much time with your fish
Or BFs. He hates seeing "bloodworms" in the freezer so I have to put them in another container. Live shrimp on the kitchen counter, no way.

It really is too bad that no one at home appreciates aquariums. I guess I'll just have to live with that, and keep all my fishy projects with me in my room.:shakehead:
If only I could set up a tank that she enjoyed having in the house; just seeing that she liked it would be fantastic. That was actually part of the reason I wanted to do something small. I guess it's back to the drawing board...or maybe not.
Don't give up if it's something you enjoy. Just try to find a way to work within the restrictions that you have. If you stay with it and show that this is not just a passing fad for you, things might change.
Yeah getting married kept me at one 15 gallon tank for 5 years. Then I managed to con her into the 125... Now she is asking for a nice 46g corner pentagon tank for the family room... :evil_lol: ha ha ha I'm slowly winning the war. 10 years in and I've got 5 tanks with approval for one more.
I am allowed to have as many tanks as I want as long as it is after we buy a house and have room for them.
