I do have eclectic tastes in music.

Leon Redbone (born Dickran Gobalian, August 26, 1949 – May 30, 2019) was an American singer-songwriter and musician specializing in jazz, blues and Tin Pan Alley classics classics.

And I found two more pretty good ones.

Not all good music is in English. How many of the people in this vid appear to be having a really good time?

One song, over many years covered by many great artists.

The original from 1957

Then came the Stones in 1964

Then the Dead in 1971 (sorry, this has a second tune)

Stevie Nicks in 2011

And this amazing ensemble on December 2, 2014, in celebration of Austin City Limits' 40th season

I always loved the early Stones

And every now and then I find a song by them I had never heard.

Thank you, internet.

Encore. O.K.

OK this is not music. I used to watch the Tonight Show when Johnny Carson Hosted it (1962–1992 ). I was even in the audience in the mid 1960s for the taping of the show once. This is one of the funnier clips from 08/27/1987. The last of the three jokes ......

Back to business. Jimmy was born a year before me and began his musical career in the mid 60s. These songs are both from the 90s.
