i waited...... i want driftwood like that.... it looks great. if you put real plants in there the colors are going to pop out so much better. its going to look great.

im gonna go here in a bit and see if i can get a few java ferns. also some java moss. thanks. whats good to tie it down with?
a lot of people use cotton string/thread. it should be attached by the time it dissolves. i use fish line also since i have some sitting right next to the tank.

it is true tho, once you go real you never go back, and to tell u the truth is anyone tells you that it is hard to keep a planted aquarium, they have clearly not kept one them selves and have no idea what they are talking about

Real may be awfully pretty... but it's so costly and adds a LOT of extra hassle to the aquarium-keeping experience. So depending on how much time you have or want to invest into your tank is whether or not real plants should be considered. They aren't for everyone, I don't care who says otherwise...
