MY 180 Gallon : 50 Dats, 46 Clown Loaches, 15 Abino Bichirs.

i went and read those comments on that site, and the other one (link in link). perhaps if these people would acctually know who you are before opening their mouths to let those diplorable comments out, they would know that you know what you are doing.

to me, there is a huge difference between; a kid that knows nothing and seriously overstocks his tank without knowing because he hasnt done any reaserch, and a person that knows what they are doing and can provide space for the fish later.

Please refrain from any personal attacks in your postings. If you must do this type of banter, please do so in a PM.

LOL, lol :)

Oh, and Neo isnt even keeping all those fish, that top dat in the last pic is actually mine.

I can not believe all the stuff I just read over at LOL. If there wasn't pictures on their avatars, I would have thought they were a bunch of children(and I'm only 21, thats pretty sorry). Posting a links just to criticize :( . That will be the only thread I read on that forum.

It looks like it's definately filtered enough and the fish look healthy so why the heck do people make it their business. But truthfully I find barebottoms kinda boring...

You mean the PH (or alkalinity or calcium, for that matter) is different?
yes... the whole property of water... so you need to flow it at a slow rate... so you wont "shock" the fish... i think doing a 1/3 water change weekly will create more shock then a 1/4 water change bi-weekly... the best still the dripping system... the new water will graduatly replenish the "good stuff" back in the water... i dont use carbon because it will absorb some of the "good stuff" in the water...

also i found my fish grow faster using this 24/7 new water dripping system.... i think the "constant" flow water is similar to a river... constant "new" water... will keep the fish happy and healthier...

I see how it can work, considering I have to change water every other day for my guppies to grow. A drip system would be nice, but probably not worth the trouble for a 20 gallon tank.
