Very damp, the box even when i saw it was caved in a little bit 
everything looks perfect. No bad smells what so ever, soooooo much rubble i can open a LFS

Ill post some more when it settles down a little bit more ! I need some lighting then I am good to go. I am gonna leave it I guess for 2 weeks while ill either DIY project (thanks for the link jojo ) with sump and everything or ill by alright lighting.
