My 29g Reef Log

JoJo your the lighting man around here to me :) and basicly all around reef keeper aha. Ok down to the question.

The MH fixture I whould get for a 30 inch tanks whould be called 24 right?
 
Link please??? You would want a unit with preferably 2 halides as one will only cover 24 inches of your tank. How deep is your tank?? You could go with a single halide but I would suggest trying to mount it a little higher to cover the whole tank. ( a unti with a suspension kit)
 
After moving around powerheads, CAn you see any die off jojo?

Well I found some 30 inch fixtures but they are only one halide, it would work fine but IMO is not ideal. How deep is your tank??

And the die-off from the rock you bought will be minimal, you said it didn't stink so it should be well cured.
 
I would go with 2 halides, you should then have nice bright light all the way to the bottom.
 
I was looking at the DIY, I can barley find any of the material :( . Ill look google more! Btw I want to show you guys new pictures I took. I changed the way everything looks!
