seriously if you keep co2 at a good ppm then theres no need for excel, you are just wasting your $$.
Tank looks great though. I would love to see the plant growth in a week.

I was adding the Excel before I turned up the Co2 volume - old habits are hard to break (especially with the results). Thanks for the info BK - I will wean myself off the Excel (it will be hard, but I can do it).
I'll try and add pics to this thread every week to show the progress (pruning and shaping). The fun part is about to begin - moving the plants is about over (I hope).
The reds are getting redder by the day and the contrast is amazing.

Does anybody dose with Pfertz? If so, do you use it in combination with SeaChem or any other ferts?
