I did a little pruning and re-arranging. I am planning on getting some new plants in the next week or so, and I'm trying to figure out where to put them.

I am changing it for the better... the tank is just in its infancy so in the next month or so there will be a lot of changes as the plants I really want get moved in.
That shrimp looks good enough to eat! JK! Very nice tank, I think it looks good as is. More plants might cover up the slate, I would leave it.
Well, I managed to have some "tank time" tonight after working out of town for a few days. Noticed some staghorn algae creeping in so I removed as much of it as I could by hand, did a large water change and upped my CO2 a bit.
I took some clippings of the moss from the upper left hand side and tied a few clumps to the mopani. Doesnt look like much now, but in a few weeks it should look pretty nice. The moss is growing like mad in here.

Wow- that is a great looking tank. I love the slate...I wish there were more tanks with the slate set-up. Excellent job.
