Black cotton thread is supposed to be great cause it will eventually dissolve... and jason that wood in there is very cool. I really like it.

Received Java Moss yesterday. UPDATES
Finally got around to tying down the "roots" of the java fern. Here you can see where I place the java moss..FIRST TIME using moss.
This is my first "baby" of my sprite, I cut it off and planted it for now until I get my 30 gal angle breeding tank up.
My Anubus is growing like crazy since I un burried it and attached it to the wood.
How do you cut back Anubus, or do you?

Good luck with that moss! I haven't yet really figured out how to deal with it.
I don't know about trimming anubias, I think you can split the rhizome, but don't take my word on that.

Well eventually I will move the anubus and the baby sprite to my breeding tank. The angles laid eggs once on the anubus so I figured they liked the location. I have several other small pieces of wood I plan to attach the anubus to, but I will need to cut it back some. The rhizome are the leaves correct?
