My AZ Gardens experience.

did you use a credit card..if so contact your CC..you can do some stuff via the CC company

I thought I posted an update on Monday but it doesn't seem to have shown up.

I spoke with someone Monday. They told me the cories were backordered. They agreed to ship them free of charge along with the 2 ottots and DOA shrimp.

There were no questions ask at all. I am glad I don't have to hassle with my CC company and the BBB.

I am pleased with that result, now we'll have to see if I can keep the poor stressed out things alive!

That said, I will not be ordering from them again.

I do have to say though, the plants that came are doing great!

Glad you got ahold of them and they are atleast trying to do right....

Keep us updated on how things progress with them

Seems like a typical AZ Gardens experience to me. Do your research next time.

Oh come on, you can research all you want, and be cautious and still not have a good experience. I don't think it's right to blame the person that got burned in the end.

I do have to say thank you for posting this. I have considered purchasing shrimp from them, but for some reason didn't feel all that comfortable with all the nonsense they posted about when they will or won't be available. Made me feel like my order wasn't important enough for them to be available at normal business hours. And the comments they have made about not yelling at them, made me think that there was a lot of that happening. Anyway, thanks for confirmation.

they do have a pretty good reputation for their plants, it's mainly just the fish part that people have problems with. glad you got your problem (mostly) solved.

If you do your research and find a reputable dealer, you're more likely to have a good buying experience. If you buy from someplace like AZ Gardens, you're basically asking for trouble.
