My AZ Gardens experience.

I've been on these forums for over a year now and this is the first post I have stumbled across thats giving AZ gardens a bad grade. I don't think it's common knowledge that AZ gardens is to be avoided for live animal shipments.
I hope the OP ended up with all animals ordered and a satisfactory ending to a bad beginning.

Wow...what a load of crap! You're definitely not the first to complain about AZ Gardens. They have a pretty terrible track record from what I've heard on Aquaria Central.

Glad you were able to get things straightened out with them.

No, I have heard ONLY HORRIBLE things about AZ Gardens....TOTAL rip off, I would really suggest calling BBB, even the Arizona AG's office, it is not right to conduct business that way. They don't even send the right fish at all, I have NEVER heard of anyone actually being able to get a refund OR getting all the fish they ordered arrive alive...NOT ONCE. I guarantee you the person who posted otherwise is somehow affiliated with that company, NO ONE ELSE have I EVER heard say one single good thing about them. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT, I PROMISE!!

On another note, I have ALWAYS gotten all the fish I ordered, and except for one time when there was a snowstorm and FedEx was delayed 2 days....they have ALL arrived alive and stayed alive for at least a few months....from LiveAquaria.com. And the one time I did have an issue due to the snowstorm, they were incredibly apologetic, immediately refunded for the dead fish PLUS SHIPPING, no questions asked. AND the shipping is $34.99, which I thought was steep, but $70????!!!

Seriously, someone from Arizona should at least call or write a letter to the BBB and/or AG's office....DO NOT ORDER FROM AZ GARDENS!!

Sorry for bumping a 4+ month old thread but I just went through a few azgarden threads and no one seems to finish the story. I assume they came through with the goods? Is there 1 single good experience with these guys? They have something that can NOT be found (at least by me ).....

Inverts. I do not care to say which though. The only other place I have found them, is paypal only. My wife will NOT let me get paypal, because of some crap she heard at work. Long story. I am about to drop 300 so I REALLY need some feedback on this place....It's not looking good so far, and my wife scares me...lol If I get burned for 300 she will make me shop at the LFS and petsmart:wall: This sucks. I might just search longer.....

thought about Mg, but the paypal thing again (already looked into what he has). Do not know msjinkzd. I know of her, just never talked to her. one of the things I need is 50 bee shrimp, the black ones. I have looked for a year and a half and aquabid and now azgardens are the only ones with that quantity. I need about 4 or 5 other species in about the same quantity, and again, AZ has all that I am looking for. Shipping is expensive and 70 is nothing to me (not being braggadocio) but having to order from 3 separate places will not be ideal. Thanks guys

MsJinkzd knows her way around a shrimp and is super nice. MG has a backlog of customer feedback that's 100% .

But not to step on their toes since you'd prefer a non-paypal transaction, have you tried PlanetInverts? That's the only dedicated invert online dealer I've heard. Not sure about the customer feedback from them though.

I don't believe either mg or msjinkzd have bee shrimp. I'm sorry to hear that your wife won't let you use paypal, but it really is very safe, much safer then using your credit card. I have not used planet inverts, but I have heard nothing but good about them and the owner Ryan. He doesn't have bee shrimp, closest he has is Crystal Reds, but he accepts credit cards through his website.
