Trade or give them to a LFS and get yourself a bushy nose plec or other plec that stays relatively small and a trio of angels as suggested by Led. I understand how frustrating it can be when a fish goes "postal", but it's not their fault. Relax, get rid of them, buy some new fish and enjoy.
P.S. Don't flush them...plumbers are expensive!![]()
