My chinese algae eater killed my angelfish

I have 3 chinese algae eaters in my 55 gallon tank and the oldest and biggest one killed my 2 year old angelfish. I'm really pissed. I am contemplating getting rid of all 3 of them by just flushing them down the toilet. What do you guys think?
 
i know you are angry right now.
take a few breaths and think this through.

If you are still intent on ridding them of your tank after you have some time to think about this then maybe you can take the fish back to your lfs?

i hope your not serious, flushing a fish ( especially all 3 ) is a waste of life and money, why dont you try a school of angel fish, perhaps 3 and the algea eater wont be able to pick on one or he might quit because of how many there are, point is flushing is not a smart idea, the fish just acted on natural instincts wich is what you have to deal with in the fish hobby. And if this letter did not change your mind about flushing them all then please do not post something like trhis on a site were people come here to enjoy fish, not read about how one killed another so you will flush it!
 
Chinese algae eaters get very aggressive as they get older, and they also become useless as an algae eater or a scavenger for that matter, IMO. Trade or give them to a LFS and get yourself a bushy nose plec or other plec that stays relatively small and a trio of angels as suggested by Led. I understand how frustrating it can be when a fish goes "postal", but it's not their fault. Relax, get rid of them, buy some new fish and enjoy.

P.S. Don't flush them...plumbers are expensive! ;)

I purchased one from a lfs, mislabeled as a Siamese. It nipped at and then tore up a fish--and it was just a baby CAE. It was very upsetting for me, but as I looked up the SAE again I realized that it wasn't one. Actually I traded it in for a mystery snail, who's done a bangup job of cleaning, and is fun to watch!!! He'll be at the top of the tank and just let go--oooohh noooo!!!! I agree with YoFishBoy--they'll only get more aggressive, but it's in their nature. Trade them in for something more suitable and useful, and let peace be. ~Renee
 
Well I just came back to notice a dead swordtail and a dead guppy sitting at the bottom of my aquarium. Both have red marks on their bodies indicating injuries, and theres only one culprit (actually 3).

Here is how I solved my problem:

Only one can be seen in the picture, the other two swam down...
