Thank you Goalieman. No plans, but I did follow a similar build on another site and modified it a bit to make my own. It's really a pretty simple design if you have some time and skill. You just need to know the dimensions of the tank you're building for.
 
This has nothing to do with the stand, but with the lights you purchased at Home Depot. I am setting up a heavily planted 37gal in the near future, so I'm worried with the height of it, that my normal dual bulb t8 fixture will be able to reach the sand bed. It's 24" high. I'm looking into the same type of light you bought from home depot. Do you think two fixtures will suffice ?
