My redesigned Fire bellied toad setup

Yep, i found out that if you get it to a specific moistness, it sorta sticks to glass. Just get some, add just enough water to it so when you pick it up and moderately squeeze it, a few drops of extra water come out. Then break it up and lay it flat on your palm or fingers and pat it down on the glass. making the bottom of the wall thicker and more compressed gives it more stability so when the frogs jump on the sides they don't make the whole wall collapse.

Thanks I really like how low tech you setup is I'm now definitely seeing the possibilities with making a paludarium the same way ,just keep putting it off.

Using some eggcrate under the moss might work for stability as well. I assume there's no heater because of the FBTs?

Yeah there's no heater. Because the tank is only 2 feet from my ceiling, the hot air in my room heats up the water in the tank to a comfy 78 degrees.

I would LOVE pics from begining to now. How did you start this tank? It's amazing!!

hi!
I absolutely loved it, i found this forum in my quest for knowledge to build my one paludarium, can you post the setup, and how have you made the slope in the back?
thanks man!

Update time: As some of you may know, I moved to Dayton, Ohio with just my frogs in a little plastic tub. About a week after arriving here, I went out and bought them a new 29 gallon tank and set it up similar to the old tank. Except that now, I have some more additions to this tank, like the pitcher plant, the Bromeliad, and a bright green male named Jupiter.

FTS: (Can you find the frog climbing the glass?)

I had to include my little flag of Oregon in the picture.
