we need more info. so far this is a stab in the dark.
what filter?
how do you clean it and how often?
when did you clean the tank and rocks out completely?
do you always keep the water low? (below the top rim or the filter inlet [specify which if either, please])
please measure the tank and post the measurements. length, width (depth from front to back), and height would help us pin down tank size to better assess stocking.
i see your stocking list. if you could, please list when each fish went into the tank to the best of your memory.
do you have any test equipment? if so, please list all the testing results you can with your current equipment.
exactly what algae eater do you have? FYI; they're not made for eating algae. they have to be fed special diets in many cases, too.
i'm thinking the 24/7 light and algae bloom might actually be a good thing in this case. possibly eating up ammo and oxygenating.keeping that tank full of clean water should really help your chances.
if you're still cycling, you'll want to do w/c's often as well. to take some of the struggle out of it, one of the contraptions mentioned in this thread really makes things quick and easy... http://www.plantedtank.net/forums/diy/161305-diy-solution-faster-water-changes.html
