My tank

Thank you!
I clean the substrate usually once in three months.
The algae are developing fast, now I also have green water, and it looks like I'm heading to a full failure ...:wall:

Lower the water level a few inches and float some Water Lettuce (Pistia stratiotes), <or> float a large clump of Watersprite (Ceratopteris thalictroides) in there until it clears up...and crank up the CO2, :)

@Slappy*McFish: Thanks for the advice.
The level of CO2 is already at over 30ppm, and Ceratopteris thalictroides is a plant that I have in the aquarium.
I'm trying some harder measures: three days of no lighting, 20% daily water changes and no fertilizers. If these measures won't have any effect I'll think of something else.

After a long fight with algae I reached the conclusion that I need a UV lamp, that I already bought and installed and the water became crystal clear after only three days. Concerning that plants were in a bad condition, I focused my attention on shrimps. These are 2 pictures of my rcs33.JPG77.JPG

Thanks ! I feed them daily and every time they all come to eat like the ants. That is a good opportunity to count them. There are about 50 little ones from only one female.

Thank you ! Nowadays my tank doesn't look so beautiful but I hope that it recovers soon. I got rid of green water, but I still have some problems with cyano probably because I didn't add enough macro. Now I doubled the recommended dose of macro end I'm waiting to see some results.
