is this enough sand? im bit worried the soil will rise but i wont move the sand around as much. what do you say guys?

almost done! just adding plants now and then water and filter. fish added in tomorrow. no further updates until water is clear!

i havent done what i wanted. disater. bucket slipped and water hit the sand causing it to move and release bit of soil and water was crystal clear before the accident. i tested the water for ammonia, nothing. water quality is unscathed

cleaned out the tank a little from all the dirt swimming freely and put in a plate. looks great ?

as in a walstad method tank, but just with a filter also not being fed up with adding different ferts and the soil will last up to a decade, basically lasting ages. for my sword, vallis and future crypts.
