nice cat you got there too here kitty kitty

how u likeing the eclipes 12? Mine was a death chamber. I couldnt keep nothing in it, but i was doing salt. Your angle looks happy and heathly. Great tanks.

Sigh...Capone, the angel died. I don't know if it was related to the move or what. I gave the Eclipse to a friend. That thing was just an algae trap, lol. I scrubbed daily it seems like. I didn't over feed and only had the angel. Sad the fish died, he was my fav, but his chillin' in his 1000gal in the sky and I don't have to jack with the 12 anymore. Now I'm down to a 55 and a 100. I have more cichlids coming for the 100 on order, don't even remember the species, lol. But they'll only grow to about 5-6 inches iirc. I'm thinking of pulling the driftwood and putting it in the 55 with the demasoni. I think I'm going to go with slate like you're doing in your 144 and some sword plants. I may also put black vinyl on the back of the glass to hide cords and help with color.

Well, it's been almost a year since this thread was touched and I'm changing things up. I seemed to have gotten carried away in my other pic thread so this one wasn't getting touched. Well, I'll start posting away in here again. The 55 gallon is being converted to a salt setup with a fluval 405 for the time being due to being on the second floor in my apartment and keeping the clutter down. My 100 suffered a HUGE lose in our last move. All the fish were moved as usual, but when here, seemed to succumb(sp?) to copper poisoning or something with the water. I suffered a loss of about 20-24 fish. Ends up that they never ran the water through the apartment and I seemed to get all the crap first being the first to occupy the building since opening.

Will post pics tomorrow and the course of the weekend and setup. In the mean time, heres the other pic thread I made in the mean time since I moved in here:
