Watch the eggs for when they change color. You should be able to see the developing shrimp inside. Most noticeable are the eyes, which appear as tiny dark dots.

Judging by the approximate age, I would have to say yes.

Here is a shot of one of the other ones. It's in the very back of the tank so not the greatest of shots but can't definately see how nice he is compared to the yellow.

I would dfiantely set up another tank and see how this pans out, especially if you have multiples fromt he same breeder showing the trait.

I would also contact that breeder and see if he/she has the same experience.

As for naming, I vote for "Lemon-lime" or "Sprite"

The key is stability. Is this a true morph or not? I do plan on pulling those three out and see what happens when they are in a different tank. Three out of over 100 in the tank is interesting so we'll see. A green Neo would be completely awesome.
