Need an underwater volcano

I think a noisy/rumbling volcano would be pretty stressful to the fish.

it wouldn't be any noisier than any other bubbler device.

the only thing i can think of that might be helpful is those classic treasurechest bubblers. the bubbles collect in the top of the treasurechest, and eventually they lift the whole lid up and escape out and up.

maybe you could do something like that inside the volcano, with one of those newfangled red disk lights underneath.

Thanks! Lots of good suggestions...as far as fish selection is concerned I will have to think that through. I guess it will depend on the color of the volcano and the lighting. I know there really aren't any volcano fish...i am hoping for an equally exotic look. I hope the tank will be at least 30 gallons, more if the $$ happens.

Maybe a few bala shark would give a dangerous looking affect to the tank. They are one of my favorite fish, next to the zebra pleco. I looked on ebay...yes, they have a nice selection of things but I am having trouble getting my imagination to visualize one in my tank. I will surf for pics of real volcanos to help me get a vision.

I think that the rumbling noise would be QUITE annoying after a while. Add an on off switch maybe? ;]
