Need recipe for Valentine's Day

you should put them in a valentine heart box and do it "My Bloody Valentine" style lol good luck

I couldn't stop laughing when I saw this one!!
The problem with this entire posting is that some of you really do know how to cook up a beef heart for human consumption!!!
It went pretty well.
The butcher shop is around 45 minutes away, but I was too tired to drive to get the heart, so I printed out a map and drew a heart on it, where the butcher shop was. I told my wife to go there and get the first part of her gift. Turns out when she got there that they were closed on Saturday, so we ended up not having the beef heart.
Later in the day I replaced the stereo in her car. For Xmas she bought me a really nice sound system for my car. I tried to sell the old system, but the most anyone wanted to give me was $35, so I decided to make a gift out of it, and put it in her car. Also broke open the wallet and replaced one of the tires on her car, as the treads on the old one were pretty worn.
She was relatively quiet for the next couple of days... I'm thinking that she was pretty much in awe of everything she got.
