Needed: Nutless Banana Bread Recipe

Ok so I've never made banana bread before! I have some over ripe bananas and figured that I'd give it a shot. Anyone have an over-the-top recipe? There is a 5 (maybe 6, not sure) banana limit.

Hmmm... wonder if it'd work without the apricot jam. None of that stuff here.
