the guy actually had to sell it not only due to lack of time(his young kids and work), but because his "wife didnt share his enthusiasm".. i think thats a bummer : \
inka, your talk of big piles of driftwood and big amazon swords is getting me excited hahah. that's exactly what i picture in my noggin. for the stock i have to work around the Oscars, but one day I'll have a mix of small-medium sized fish, a bunch of schoolers. the amazon is on my top 3 list of favorite biotopes, might even be first. im always thinking about where to get stuff and just imagining the set-up.
the only thing is i cant decide on a substrate.. sand or something dark and dirt-like, like "amazonia aquasoil" or "ADA Amazonia", whatever it's called.
