NEW FISH~Pelviachromis taeniatus"Moliwe"

Treefork~ Thank's, I've been following your thread on your "lokundje". Those are looking nice! My dominant m/f "Fred and Wilma" have started to shimmy for each other and I saw them yesterday hauling sand out of a cave I made!!:nilly::nilly::nilly: They sub. m/f "Barney and Betty" have been hanging together since the other two are staking their territory. Going to have to seperate sooner than I thought. I have some more pics of those four that I need to get up.

Gotta love the shimmy! lol I had trouble getting mine to come out until I put my rosy barbs school in the tank with them. Gotta get a vid, 7 rosy barbs and 7 taeniatus eating bloodworms out of my hand, it's really cool. :)

You can usually find them on Aquabid. I got mine there. Those Moliwe's of his I used to see all the time on Aquabid but not lately. Mine are Lokundje and look very similar. They are great fish. Similar in breeding and behavior to kribs.

Looking great, fish! Definitely hit me up when you're looking to get rid of the subdominant pair!

I asked him questions about these fish during the auction and he said that was probably the last auction he was doing until January. Now I am even more convinced that I have to get some from him when he sells them again. :grinyes:
