My eels (tyre track and fire) like night crawlers (fed by hand) and ghost shrimp and tubaflex worms.
Get a little glass (like a beta bowl) and fill it almost all the way with water, then add about 1/2 ounce of tubaflex worms. Sink it to the bottom (since there is water the worms don't float out)... sit back and watch your eels go crazy..
