Okay, well the other day, I was rumaging through some old stuff in my garage and stumbled across an old 20 gallon long aquarium that I used to keep a rat in a few years back. If you could answer the following questions that I have regarding this, that would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks.
1) Is it okay to keep fish in this aquarium even though a rat was previously kept in it (of course I'll wash it thoroughly with no soap)
2) Here is a list of fish that I found at the fish stores in my area that I liked and thought could possibly go in this aquarium. I really would like ( as shown in this list) to have a little more uncommon fish rather than just the typical school of neons, etc. I know that I obviously can't keep all of these fish in here (that's a given), but can you recommend which would be best together and in what quantities?
The List:
*Pearl Gourami
*Kuhlii Loach
Flame Tetra
*Spotted Raphael Catfish
Glowlight Tetra
*Rummny Nose Tetra
*Oto
Longfin Red Minor Tetra
Lamp Eye Tetra
*Boesmani Rainbowfish
Australian Rainbowfish
Silver Hatchetfish
South American Bumblebee Catfish
Angelicus Botia (Burmese Border Loach)
*Favorites
Also, I have recently become a big fan of catfish. If there are any cool catfish that could go in here that are a little unuaul or interesting looking, I would love to be told what they are.
Thank you very much,
Evan :dive2:
