Yeh that tank is getting quite full now. Another Bolivian would be plenty enough. Just remember to keep on top of your weekly water changes otherwise with such a heavily stocked tank there could be problems with disease out-breaks if the water isn't kept clean.
If you have 2 male Bolivians they should get along fine, but if you want some extra action in the tank get a breeding pair. It's always fun to watch breeding pairs dance with each other at spawning time.
