I see a dent now that you circled it in the 2nd last pic, but I don't see much wrong with the fish. I wouldn't assume a problem if his behavior and appetite are normal.

Yes, he eats alright and explores his tank alright. I guessing am too worried about him after my past 4 fighters. What would I do with this dent? And this grey kind of patch I circled as well?

Right after, or was there a period where it was normal and then became a dent? For how long did you use the Artemiss?

For those ten days or regular course and one additional one day and then nothing. Did 75% water change and now this dent an grey patch.

But it did help right? Was it completely healed or did the dent with the patch remain? I would continue with the Artemiss, it says 'for a minimum of 10 days' you may need to continue to like 20.
