Not hexamita but a pit hole in his head

Today i notice a pit hole in his head and this white- grey kind fuzzy thing too. It no hexamita for sure.
Look like his scales rot away. I no sure what to do. Artemiss or salts?

Yes, he eats alright and explores his tank alright. I guessing am too worried about him after my past 4 fighters. What would I do with this dent? And this grey kind of patch I circled as well?

Yes. Dent, grey patch. They appeared after the columnaris.

For those ten days or regular course and one additional one day and then nothing. Did 75% water change and now this dent an grey patch.

But it did help right? Was it completely healed or did the dent with the patch remain? I would continue with the Artemiss, it says 'for a minimum of 10 days' you may need to continue to like 20.
