I agree, I've been reading about the plans for the tank for some time now and even a few months ago it was obvious that much research had already been done. I'm looking forward to this tank.

The only thing has has kept me from them over the years is their ability to escape and I dont like acrylic tanks much.

It arrived alive (the first of many of my worries is over now)Iv had a dip going on the octopus for over an hour and a half now...20min to go. I cant get a pic right now because iv made the room as dim as possible in an attempt to make it more comfortable for the nocturnal creature but tomorrow when i tern the tank light back on ill be on the lookout for him and see what i can do about getting pics. (though it likely he will stay hidden for a wile)

he arrived in a newspaper lined box in cased in two bags with a little plastic cup and no cold/warm pack. his mantle(head) is a little under two inches.I don't know how long his arms are yet because hes curled up in a little ball(cute).

well hes safely in the tank now and so is the bag. he holding onto it like his life depends on it so ill see if he crawls out on his own.
