Octopus tank (log)

ha sorry Grins but the only light i have to work with is my computer but tomorrow the tank light comes on and well see if hes as apt to come out.

for confusing my gender i must drive you crazy with more lack of pics....he seems to have stopped associating me with a monster. i just had a 10 minute stare down with him and he seems to want to get a good look at me too :) i didn't expect to see much of him for a few days

:devil::devil::devil:

cant let myself get too confident though, i still have to see if he will eat and get past the critical first week

Marine, not confused at all by your gender. The more female reefers I see the happier I am. I suppose I can wait until tomorrow for a photo, I don't blame you one bit for keeping things dark for him right now. But if you tell Niko he has to wait a week there will certain trouble.

Kodiak, without a doubt I'm old enough. My son is 18.

uggggg stressful night. i woke up at midnight to the filter making strange noises. it turns out the fine netting i put over the overflow was too fine. it clogged and was partially torn off! im very lucky the octo didn't take that opportunity to escape. i cleaned the netting off and re glued part of it. i also made afew very small slits in the hopes that that would prevent it from getting clogged(though i dobt it willl have much of an effect) knowing that this will likely break wile i am at school and no one is home is driving be crazy. iv been searching franticly throughout the house searching for alternative netting. no such luck. their no way i can fall back asleep now. id like to stay home from school to make sure this doesn't happen and have my dad bring some netting home after work but i highly doubt my parents will be okay with that plan....im VERY VERY worried..........
he seems to be healthy active the ideal specimen and thinking that i could loose him to something like this is driving me up the wall.
i dont know what to do at this point.
