Octopus tank (log)

remember they are STI's now lol. i am glad to hear fluff is ok and its going to be great when you get your new camera
 
so ealier i tried feeding him some prong, he took two pieces. in the process accidentally grabbed my finger (they have quite a grip). he rejected third then he continued searching for food. in fact he was hanging from the light in the top of the tank partially out of water! so i thawed out a silver sider and he diffidently prefers this as he wont let go of the feeding stick now :P.
 
did he Bight you, loll sounds cool.
 
haha na just wrapped a arm around it before realizing he had food. oh and i also got a good look at his legs wile he was searching for food and he is indeed missing an additional half arm.
 
WOW that sound great I was disappointed when you said that he died. I had read about a octopus every night would climb out of his tank and into the tank sitting next to it, would eat the fish or crabs and then return to his tank by morning. Well the owner did not know how his fish were disappearing until he set up a camera and caught the octopus in the act.
 
iv read that story too, smart little critters :) eh now i cant find him in the tank again (this always worries me). -found him in conch shell-
