Instead of Culling them by being a food source, just give to the local fish store or to one you do not plan on selling your Good stock to. Any tank you have, is just way to small for a large fish to use as a garbage disposal. Just pass them on to either fish clubs or to the local schools for their tanks. There are so many other options out there instead of just the 1.

There doesn't seem to be much available info on the monster fish, since they aren't very common. I've never actually seen one with my own eyes. Here's a little bit of info about them:

Monster Fish

It is a rare fish to find that will live in a smaller tank (and really most fish tanks are small), that will be able to survive healthy on a diet of just live fish without polluting the tank massively. You will need to be doing large water changes almost constantly to keep all levels good.

K buddy.

Get a 125 gal, get a tank divider, get 2 wolf fish, get them up to about 6-8 inches, then stick in your little ***** flowerhorns any time you feel like it. They wont last long.

The problem with this is that you will get a lot of flowerhorns out there that are just not very good looking fish and it will drive the price of the good fish down. I do not want to mess up the blood lines of good fish when someone buy or gets a second rate fish. Flowerhorns are fairly new in the USA and it is important that only the best fish are sold I believe this should be true for all fish not just flowerhorns. To many people sell second rate fish taht people then breed to quality fish and mess up the gene pool.

the wolf fish seems like a cool fish but I need it to fit in the 75 g tank. just for room. I have 3 55g tanks, one 125g tank, one 110g tank, and one 35 g tank already set up if I try to get a way with set-up another large tank my wife may feed me to the fish.

75 gallon long tank would easily accomodate a wolf-fish, but I'd worry about the fingers!

How about a deep tank are do they need the length. I think I will tryand fine the monster fish first. it looks cooler to me

they need a wider and longer tank, they don't need much depth.
