well got the co2 working and seems like it is working pretty good I'll Post pics in a couple weeks to show the growth of my plants....
And I just wanted to say thanks to all that commented and posted posted that i read to help me get it going.

Gupman, IT looks like you are on the right track. 30 watts of light and CO2 is what HC likes.

Another update with pics..

Starting to look like a jungle .I trimmed the red ludwigia way down to the first set of outward growth I have alot of it right now its floating in another tank..
