mixed reviews on every online store, its what the company does to make up and make the customer happy, there were a few members here and i think recently GrannylvsFish got some frozen bottles of flourish, Dr fosters replaced them without questions.I placed an order with DrFosterSmith around the 20th of Feb. Regular shipping. I tracked it. Showed up here at the Fedex or UPS in St. Louis and it was damaged so they shipped it back. I never even saw it. I emailed DFS and asked where my package was. They had the package back for a couple of days when I emailed them. They had no idea they had it back. Who know how long it would've gone before they would've told me that my package would be late.
They were "kind enough" to re ship it at no charge. WTF? Was I supposed to pay for shipping twice? The kindness abounds!?!?
I got the package 2 days ago. More than 2 weeks after I ordered it....
