Oranges as Food

i've got a ten gal and my soon-to-be-moved 5 molly fry seem to eat all the pellets i feed to my two cories. is there a way to supplement them so they stay healthy and/or use species specific foods. also, lets try and make a list of good foods for all fish. sometimes (once so far) i feed my fish a crushed snail; see, im lazy so i crush them with a magnet.
