I think I covered most of it, but they suggest raising the temp a few degrees and adding some salt as well which makes sense.
The author suggests trying the clean water/vitamin method first w/o the meds. I would treat the tank and/or feed with Metro first and then go from there since you have to do lots of water changes with Metro anway - but that's me.
Edit: I'm not sure what to think about the tail. Doesn't look like tail rot, and there are no other fish in the tank... :huh: Also, it maybe the pic but the fish looks a bit thin?
