Overflow/sump setup questions

i like to use the biggest possible you will always appericate the extra room down the road.
 
i would say the return pump is too high up in the sump and the water level in the sump is toooo high. you have to allow for back flow and overflow box run off when power is lost. they way you have the water level in sump you will have flooding.
but everything else looks fine to me.
 
ah ok. so i have to calculate the volume of water in overflow box, ubing and skimmer pickup level in the tank? Maybe could hook up the pumps to a uninterruptible power supply just in case... that would buy a few hours if a blackout occurred. HA! i just remembered one of my friends is a carpenter/joiner! CUSTOM CABINET!!! WOOT!!!
